AIMEE’S JOURNEY

In 2003, while finishing my holistic massage program, I discovered I was pregnant. An exciting and life-changing moment that shaped the path I’m still on today. Learning to care for my own changing body while nurturing new life sparked a deep passion for supporting women through every stage of life. Experiencing three pregnancies while working as a massage therapist gave me firsthand insight, empathy, and knowledge that continue to guide my work.

With decades of experience, I’m grateful to specialize in massage for women of all ages (not just prenatal) focusing on relaxation, nervous system balance, and pain relief. From the teen years to maternity, postpartum, and into menopause, my work focuses on deep relaxation and pain relief, using slow, flowing techniques designed to calm both the body and the mind. These movements activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to slow the heart rate, ease anxiety, and release built-up tension. Soft, intentional music completes the experience, creating a peaceful and comforting space.

Every massage is thoughtfully customized to your unique needs, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and deeply cared for. I truly love what I do and can’t wait to work with you. I look forward to meeting you soon!

Aimeé lives in Newington with her husband and their three creative kids, who are growing into their own unique paths. Family is at the heart of her life…whether that means laughing together, supporting their passions, or soaking up time outdoors. She’s happiest surrounded by nature, practicing yoga, dreaming up interior design ideas, tackling DIY home projects with her husband, and winding down at home with their beloved pets.
