After you book an appointment with me, please fill out and submit a new client intake form at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This helps assure that no time is lost during your session. You will receive a new client form link in a separate welcome email. If you have misplaced it, please find the link below.

Please plan to arrive at 5 minutes early to check in.

Cancellations

I kindly ask that you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment so we can reschedule you. My time is valuable and I can’t fill an empty appointment immediately which is a huge loss for me. There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any massage sessions cancelled within the 24-hour time frame. If you don’t show up for your appointment or are more than 15 mins late for your scheduled time, you will be considered “no show”. You will be required to pay the full amount of your session for a no show. Please respect my time as much as I respect yours. Emergencies are always an exception.

Health Concerns

If you have a cold, fever, rash of any kind, or infection please reschedule. If you’re considered to have a high risk pregnancy, please provide me with a doctors note regarding your condition and any special considerations I need to know to make your session safe and stress free.

Massage is not recommended for anyone with:

  • the threat of miscarriage

  • active infection or contagious disease

  • premature labor

  • fever, nausea or vomiting

  • pre-eclampsia or eclampsia

  • kidney or bladder disease

  • blood clots
